  This restaurant deserves zero stars. I waited 20 minutes for my food and when I finally got it, They forgot my bacon cheeseburger. I went in to get it and waited another 10 minutes just to find out they forgot to make it again. Couldn't even get them to refund my money because the person at the register disappeared yet again. While all of this is going on, there's a tall guy with blonde shoulder length hair standing there doing nothing but saying," sup brah" to all the other workers that are trying to move around him to do their jobs. I was really looking forward to this restaurant, but now my soul is just crushed. I ended up with no burger and no refund. This occurred between 5:40pm and 6:10pm on December 14, 2016. I would not recommend eating here, as I will never eat here again. I would suggest that Burger King select new management.

  Probably the worst Burger King that I've ever been to in regard to service. Every time I have been to this Burger King it seems as if no one is around to take my order. Why should a customer have to wait 4 or 5 minutes while half the staff is standing around not doing anything on a night where there is very few customers in the lobby or the main part of the restaurant. Everyone just stands around trying to figure what is going on and no one steps up to serve the customer. All the while there were at least 7 or 8 people working in this Burger King most of whom couldn't take an order? Two working near the window, two making sandwiches, and at least 3 of them working in the back but where someone should have been paying attention. This isn't the first time I've been to this restaurant and probably won't be the last though I think the service is terrible. They can barely run a drive through either. The coke machine area was a mess as there was also smeared ketchup on the counter by the drink dispensers. All the while one of the nincompoop employees was standing around being useless as usual and every time this employee is there its the same drill. No organization, no management, no people working except standing around doing absolutely nothing while at least 3 or 4 customers had to wait for the longest time to get their food. 20 minutes to get two Whopper combos and 2 Whopper Jr. is way too long.
